The Saloon Keepers: Mr. and Mrs. Edelstein

- Elizabeta and Roderich are the owners of the Comstock Saloon in town.

- Elizabeta is a daughter of one of the immigrant families while Roderich is an immigrant from Austria.

- Before the two met, Elizabeta was being courted by Gilbert (aggressively by both parties). One night, at a barn dance, she met the lost Roderich and fell head over heels in love.

- Of course, Roderich didn’t return her feelings at first because he was so focused on his music…. and sort of thought Elizabeta was a boy (since she helped around the Jones’ Ranch as a ranch hand since she was more of a tom-boy; and then becoming the bad influence on Amelia.)

- In the end though, Roderich and Elizabeta were married, which was the big talk of the town for the longest time.

- Gilbert is more than over Elizabeta, still teasing her and giving her a hard time every once in a while, like they always did growing up. Now his interests lies more Northward.

- The saloon itself is actually Elizabeta’s, inherited after her daddy passed away. She mostly runs the bar, while Roderich runs the music and their friend, Francis, occasionally come in to help the girls in their choreography…

- … let it be known that neither husband or wife were too pleased with the CanCan and how obnoxiously popular it got… Francis was banned from the place for a good four months. which was fine by him, since he was sort of running away from Alfred. lol
